Having started with technology driven point solutions the approach now requires a cohesive management framework to ensure that security is effective, appropriate and able to adapt.
Security teams must now identify the key stakeholders within the organization, apply levels of security appropriate to the risks faced by the business and report accordingly.
The presentation will share the concerns and issues expressed by major organizations across the EMEA region and how these are impacting on the role of the security professionals. A practical approach to assessing, transforming and maintaining security management will also be outlined along with an example of how it has been used and the benefits it will deliver.
