Dragan Petkovic is Security Business Development Manager for Oracle EMEA. Dragan is helping customers realizing savings by increasing efficiency, transform business through improved user experience and achieving compliance.

Dragan Petkovic joined Oracle 9 years ago with 25 year experience working for large multinationals as a Security Consultant, Product Manager and Security Sales Leader. He was involved in high profile security breaches investigations and security incident response throughout the region.

Areas of research interest include open standards for the exchange of Security Information, Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management and advanced mathematical models and applied machine learning in processing security information as well as securing new technologies such as Blockchain or IoT.

Dragan holds Master of Electrical Engineering degree from University of Zagreb and Advanced Degree in Data Protection Law from Honorable Society of King’s Inns, Dublin. Dragan is a member of many industry associations and holds various industry certifications including CISSP since 2003. Dragan gives lectures to various regional and European universities on subjects of Privacy, Security & Compliance. In his Oracle tenure Dragan had over 100 submissions and quotes in industry publications.
