Lee Chen has served as A10 Networks’ President, Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors since July 2004. From 1993 to 2004, Mr. Chen founded Centillion Networks and Foundry Networks.

At both companies, he served in a variety of positions, including Vice President of Engineering.

He previously held management and senior technical positions at OTS, Apple Computer, Convergent Technologies, Inc. and InSync Group. Mr. Chen has an M.S.E.E. from San Jose State University and a B.S. in Electrophysics from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan.

He is a technology pioneer, especially in the area of Internet Protocol Multicast and System & System Security and holds numerous patents.
