VirtuPort
TERMS & CONDITIONS
MENA ISC 2022 will be held physically in Riyadh in September 2022
This registration agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between VirtuPort MEA DMCC (“VirtuPort”) and registrant. This Agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use posted in the footer below. All written notices and requests, including requests for a copy of the posted Registration Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use, shall be sent to VirtuPort at info@virtuport.com.
If circumstances or policies in your organization change and you can no longer attend MENA ISC, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to VirtuPort at the contact information stated above.
You can make a substitution at any time. Please see the Substitution Policy below for details.
Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. Requests for substitutions will only be accepted by email to info@virtuport.com. The substituted individual must be from the same organization as the cancelled registrant. A maximum of one (1) substitution per original registrant is allowed.
To receive an invitation letter for MENA ISC, you must first register and be accepted or referred by a Sponsor. You will have the option to request an invitation letter after the registration process. Also note that invitation letters are only issued to invited Conference attendees and exhibitors.
All attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend MENA ISC, and all related events, including all Hackathon events. Requests for any exception to this term must be submitted to VirtuPort in writing. Whether or not the exception is granted, is in the sole discretion of VirtuPort.
There is no fee for MENA ISC registration passes, however, this is an invite only event. Invitations can only be granted by VirtuPort or its authorized sponsors.
MENA ISC-issued credentials are the sole property of the VirtuPort and must be surrendered upon demand to MENA ISC and/or VirtuPort representatives. MENA ISC-issued credentials must be prominently displayed while at the MENA ISC or designated off-site activities. False certification of an individual as an exhibitor’s representative, misuse of an exhibitor’s badge, or any other method or device used to assist unauthorized personnel to gain admittance to the exhibit floor, will be just cause for expelling the exhibitor and his representative(s) from the exhibit floor and/or banning them from future entrance into the Expo. This would also warrant the removal of the exhibitor’s booth from the floor without obligation on the part of VirtuPort for refund of any fees. The exhibitor, his/her employees and agents, and anyone claiming to be in the hall through the exhibitor, waives any rights or claims for damages arising out of the enforcement of this rule.
By accepting an invitation to attend MENA ISC you are opting-in to receiving communications from VirtuPort and any of its authorized Sponsors. You will be subject to the communications and privacy policies of the exhibitors and/or sponsors and must opt-out with them directly.
Suit casing or outboarding is prohibited at MENA ISC. VirtuPort reserves the right to escort any individual from MENA ISC who is reported to be soliciting in the Exposition and who is not a MENA ISC sponsor or exhibitor. VirtuPort encourages attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. VirtuPort also encourages you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.
In its sole discretion, VirtuPort reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the MENA ISC anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the MENA ISC or any other attendee.
VirtuPort shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental, or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of VirtuPort or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, VirtuPort may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event without liability on the part of VirtuPort. In the event MENA ISC cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, VirtuPort shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.

The information collected through cookies and other electronic tools (e.g., the web pages you visit on the website and navigation patterns, the date and time of your visit, the number of links you click within the site, the functions you use on the site, the databases you view and the searches you request on the site, the data you save on, or download from, the site, the websites you visited immediately before and after visiting the site, and when you open our emails or click on any of their links) is used and analyzed to improve our service to you and to personalize your web-browsing experience by providing VirtuPort with a better understanding of your interests and requirements regarding our websites and applications. However, disabling cookies in either manner may prevent you from using certain functions and features of websites, and the advertising you receive when you visit the site may not be advertisements tailored to your interests.
We or third-party advertisers or their advertising servers may also place or recognize unique cookies on your computer or use other electronic tools in order to help display advertisements that you see on our websites.
